Description
Designed for starters, casual learners, and tourists the program will introduce you to Hatha Yoga practices, meditation, and preparing simple vegetarian meals that are tasty and best for your health. We highly recommend these for people looking for a gradual transformation in their lifestyle. We will take you for outings within Wayanad so you can get a taste of the environment, people, and many more. The program is for three days and will be taught in groups. You may repeat the program in case you are planning to stay longer.
