Description
The program is designed for those willing to take on a challenging routine. We will teach you intense Hatha Yoga practices along with the basics of Kalari. The Yoga practises will be a complete set of two separate practices. You can imbibe this in your daily routines from hereon. We recommend this for people whose routine includes moderate to high levels of fitness activity (not necessarily yoga) and to those willing to challenge themselves despite being on holiday. These programs make you feel light but with high energy levels that last an entire day, The program is for continuous five days and shall be taught in groups:
- Two complete practices and corrections (daily sessions)
- Meditation
- Basics in Kalari (daily)
- One therapeutic massage
- Farm experience
- Outings including a nature walk

Meant for: Moderate to High physical fitness
Duration – 4 days (register before 12 noon)
